GET READY FOR YOUR MOVE

• Call Mighty Men Movers to secure your desired moving date. TIP: Summer months and holiday weeks are popular moving times so reserve your date early.
• Get boxes and supplies for packing if you're packing yourself. TIP: Purchase more packing paper than you think you'll need. 
  
• Pack non-essential items early.
• Donate unwanted items or hold a yard sale.
• Tape the bottom and tops of boxes. TIP: Secure the bottom of the box by taping across the center and along the two open edges. 

• Label each box. TIP: Make sure each box closes flatly; bulging boxes can be awkward to move and require more attention/space when packing on a truck.
• Pack smaller items that you may need immediately in your car.
• Know that plants and combustible products cannot be transported on a moving truck.
